Judd Walker of Pioneer Mountain Properties is proposing to develop a subdivision on 570 acres
of private land, and also to acquire 320 acres of Borough land for between $825 and $1200 per acre. 240 acres of the public land
is part of the original Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course proposal.
